Clear Contract
Please read the agreement carefully. Try not to forget even a single detail. Keep in mind that your house choice is being made virtually. It might end up being the same, but there's no guarantee. Although, the likelihood of it being different from what was advertised is low.
Is there a refundable deposit needed? Or is there a rent deposit required?
What if, upon arriving at the house, you find that you do not like it? What if you just dislike the neighborhood? Maybe a better alternative has presented itself. Is there a way to get your security deposit or rent prepayment back in this situation? The only way to answer these issues is to ask for specifics about the contract before deciding on one and paying for it.
